Introduction

Services
RPMC Enterprise Inc. provides business consulting services tailored to client needs. The scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
Pricing
Pricing for services is determined on a per-project or retainer basis, depending on the nature and scope of work. All fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to the commencement of services.
Payment Terms
Payments are due upon invoice unless otherwise stated in writing. For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be required. Standard payment terms are net 30 days.
Late Payments
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges as permitted by law. RPMC Enterprise Inc. reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are settled.
Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel services with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the work completed at the time of cancellation. Deposits and completed work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
RPMC Enterprise Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which RPMC Enterprise Inc. operates.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
